President Saleh congratulates Kuwaiti Emir

BERLIN, Jan. 29 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations from his residence in Berlin to the Kuwaiti
EmirSabah al-Ahmad al-Jabir al-Sabah on naming him new Emir of Kuwait.

President Saleh wished Kuwaiti leadership and people more progress.
