President Saleh congratulates Kuwaiti Emir

SANA’A, Feb 22(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to the Emir of Kuwait Jabir al-Ahmad al-Jabir Al Sabah,on the occasion of his country’s national day.
