President Saleh condoles over Hariri assasination

SANA’A, Feb 14 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh condoled his Lebanese counterpart Emil Lahoud on the death of Lebanon’s former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri killed in a massive bomb explosion that tore through his motorcade in Beirut on Monday. In a cable he sent to Lahud, President Saleh called the assassination a spectacular terrorist act that didn’t only kill Hariri and his bodyguards but implied that the national unity and stability of Lebanon is targeted by criminals. The President also expressed his great sympathy with the family of Hariri and families of killed bodyguards as well as the people of Lebanon in general. AA/NS SABA
