President Saleh back home

SANA’A, Dec 30 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh returned home from Addis Ababa on Tuesday, after he had participated in the 2nd Sana’a Grouping summit held in Dec 28-30. President Saleh was greeted at Hodeidah airport, by Hodeidah Governor Mohammad Shamlan, secretary general of the province’s local council Hassan Hige, and other officials. In a statement, to Saba, Saleh appreciated results and the issues discussed by the summit. He said that the summit was successful, and established firmed basis to develop relations between the three countries, through inking the founding constitution of the tripartite grouping. President Saleh had left Addis Ababa earlier in the day. He was seen off by Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi, a number of ministers and officials. KN/NM/KM SABA
