President Saleh arrives in Berlin

BERLIN, Feb. 26 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh arrived in Berlin on Tuesday evening on an official visit to Germany in response to an official invitation presented to him by German Chancellor Angela Merkel. During the visit, president Saleh would hold talks with German President Horst Koehler, Chancellor Angela Merkel and a number of German officials to boost mutual cooperation relations and joint cooperation ties between the two countries in various levels. He also will hold talks on the latest regional and internationals issues of common concern, especially the situations in Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Somalia and Horn of African region, in addition to the Iranian nuclear issue and terror combating efforts.
