President Salah congratulates Qatari Emir, Niger President

SANA’A, Dec.15 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to the Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani on the occasion of the National Day.
