President returns home

ADEN, 02 Dec. (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh arrived in Aden city on Saturday morning after two-day visit to Qatar. During his visit, President Saleh participated in the opening ceremony of the 15th Asian Games, which was started on Friday evening in Doha, Qatar. He also held talks with the Emir of Qatar Hamad bin Khalifa AL Thani over the bilateral relations and regional and international development. On the sideline of his participation, president Saleh met Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, the Prime Minister, the ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, the Deputy Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniya.
