President renews adherence of Yemen to realize peace and stability

in SomaliaSANA’A, Dec. 13 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh renewed adherence of Yemen to go ahead with its efforts to remove disputes between Somali factions to realize peace and stability in Somalia. In his meeting with the head of the Islamic court union in Somalia SharifShiekh Ahmed, is currently visiting Yemen, president Saleh said Yemenis not taking side against other, affirming care of Yemen over settling paces and security in Somalia and to enable Somali people to rebuild heir homeland. The head of the Islamic courts briefed president Saleh on the current situation in Somalia and viewpoints of the courts over reaching solution for Somalia issue. He highlighted efforts of president Saleh to realize peace and stability in Somalia, praising historical ties between Yemeni and Somali peoples.President Saleh said that the security of Somali is impotent for Yemen and regional countries. He affirmed that Yemen would offer all things to help Somali people to achieve peace and security. AH/AH SABA
