President receives Saudi security official

ADEN, Dec. 20(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received, in Aden on Wednesday, the Saudi Interior Minister assistant for security affairs Mohammad bin Naif Al Saud who handed him over a letter from the Saudi King Abdullah bin Abd al-Aziz related to a number of issues. The letter also shed light on the current situations in the region which are of interest to both countries and the Arab and Islamic nation. In the meeting, they discussed features of common ties and cooperation, especially those pertaining to security field. President Saleh caused the Saudi official to convey a message to King Abdullah, wishing him health and happiness and to the Saudi people further progress and prosperity. AM/NS
