President receives Sahara Hadramout officials

SAY’OUN, April 11 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Sunday director generals, sheikhs and social individuals in the districts of Sahara in Hadramout governorate. During the meeting, a number of issues concerning citizens and their needs and ambitions were addressed to improve development and service field. The Sahara officials expressed their happiness for the visit of President Saleh, talking about the vast development the Sahara has witnessed under the leadership of President Saleh. They also asked for more service and development projects, specially in the areas of water, telecommunication and electricity. The president gave directives to quickly implement Al-Abar and Thamoud water projects, affirming keenness to boost development in these areas.
