President receives letter from Syrian counterpart

SANA’A, Nov. 12(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received a messagefrom the Syrian President Bashar al-Asad related to the latest escalationin the region, particularly in Palestine. The letter dealt with the current regional and international developmentsand how to unite both countries’ stances towards future changes for thesake of serving Arab-Arab consolidation. The message also tackled the brotherly relations and mutual cooperation fields and how to promote them. The Syrian deputy Foreign Minister Faisal al-Miqdad delivered the letter to president Saleh in a meeting held Sunday in Sana’a. AM/NS SABA
