President receives letter from Japanese PM

SANA’A, July 10 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received here on Sunday Japanese ambassador to Sana’a Yuichi Ishii who handed him over a message from the Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi . The letter indicated to the international efforts over the UN reform and extending permanent membership in the UN security council. The letter also dealt with bilateral relations between Yemen and Japan and the arrangements for the coming visit of president Saleh to Japan. AH/NS SABA
