President receives credentials of new ambassadors to Yemen
SANA’A, Dec.13 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received here on Sunday the credentials of new ambassadors of brotherly and friendly countries to Yemen. Saleh received the credentials of Mr. Syed Khawaja Alqama as an ambassador of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mr. Bassem Al-Agha as an ambassador of the State of Palestine, Mr. Abdul Wahab Bu Zaher as an ambassador of the Peoples’ Democratic Republic of Algeria, Mr. Michele Cervone D’urso as a Head of Mission of European Commission in Yemen, Mr. Robert Kevin as ambassador of Australia, Mr. Adam Kolach as ambassador of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Dimitrios Letsios as ambassador of the Republic of Greece, and Mr. Christian K. as ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark. After that, President Saleh held separate meetings with the ambassadors, voicing his welcome and best wishes to all of them during executing their missions in the country. Saleh asserted that the concerned bodies in the country would offer all facilities to the ambassadors to enable them to do their duties so as to serve the bilateral relations and joint cooperation. The ambassadors affirmed their countries’ supportive positions to Yemen and its security, stability and unity, expressing their keenness to exert their best efforts to serve the bilateral relations and promoting the joint cooperation areas between Yemen and each country.
