President meets UAE Emaar Properties delegation

SANA’A, April 15 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh met on Sunday a delegation from the Emirates Emaar Properties headed by chairman of the company Mohammed al-Attar. In the meeting, President was briefed by the delegation on the company’s activities and its desire of establishing investment in the country in areas of architecture, hotels , tourism and building towers and residential cities in several Yemeni cities, out of which Sana’a, Aden, Hadramout and Socotra. President Saleh welcomed such investment, confirming the government encouragement for such investment and that all facilitations would be made for investment in Yemen. He pointed out that there are many investment opportunities for the company in various fields. FR/AM SABA
