President meets outgoing envoys of Sudan, Russia and S. Korea

SANA’A, Aug.03 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh met on Tuesday separately with the ambassadors of Sudan, Russia and South Korea to Yemen to bid farewell to them on the occasion of ending their tenure. President Saleh expressed his appreciation for efforts made by the three ambassadors to develop the bilateral cooperation relations and the common interests between Yemen and their countries, wishing them success in their future duties. The ambassadors voiced their thanks and gratitude to President Saleh and the government’s officials for the care and facilities provided to them during their tenure in Yemen. In the meetings, President Saleh discussed with the three ambassadors issues relating to strengthening bilateral relations and developing and expanding the joint cooperation in various fields. Saleh reiterated Yemen’s supportive position to security, stability and unity of Sudan, and rejected interference in Sudan’s internal affairs. BA Saba
