President Meets NPWJ Founder

SANA’A, Jan 10(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh met on Saturday Emma Bonino, member of the European parliament and the founder of No Peace Without Justice (ICC). During the meeting they discussed the Inter-governmental Regional Conference on Democracy, Human Rights and the Role of the International Criminal Court (ICC) agenda in relation to the conference in January 10-12. President Saleh confirmed the importance of the conference to enhance democracy and human rights and the ICC role to protect human rights in the world. Saleh added that democracy and human rights are the best choice for Yemen and all countries. Bonino highly appreciated the democratic experience in Yemen and the preparations for the conference. SABA
