President issues three decrees

SANA’A, July 20 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh issued on Wednesday resolution 44 for 2005 approving Arab Solidarity Treaty among Arab leaders. President Saleh also issued decree no 45 for 2005, approving a consulate agreement Yemen and Algeria.A third decree, number 46 for 2005, was also issued by President Saleh approving the Protocol of Cartagena for Biosafety.
