President inspects projects in Taiz

TAIZ, (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid a visit on Saturday to al-Hujariah district in Taiz governorate where he listened from citizens to their needs and issues. He inspected work process in some development projects in the district, giving orders to concerned authorities to meet needs of the locals within the local council plan of the district. Saleh asked the local council to find urgent solution for wastes in al-Torbah city to insure protection of the environment in the region. President affirmed the importance of implementing al-Torbat – Tor al-Baha road, estimated at $17 million, which links Taiz with Lahj governorate AH/AM Saba
