President inaugurates projects in Hadramout at $20 mln

HADRAMOUT, July 19 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid on Monday an inspection visit to Daw’an district of Hadramout where he inaugurated tourist, service and development projects estimated at a total of $20 million. He inaugurated the 2nd phase of Haid Al-Jazeel Tourist Resort owned by Abdullah Buqshan, Daw’an Hospital and the 2nd and 3rd phases of Daw’an electricity plant which will benefit more than 8000 people. President praised the implementation level of these projects, noting the importance of businesspeople and investors to adopt such projects to help efforts of the government to meet needs of the various districts of the country with regard to development and service projects.
