President holds farewell meeting for Saudi ambassador

SANA’A, June 28 (Saba)-President Ali Abdullah Saleh met here on Wednesday Mohammed al-Qahtani on occasion of ending his mission as Saudi ambassador to Sana’a. In the meeting, president Saleh praised al-Qahtani’s role in enhancing the bilateral relations between the two countries in different areas. He expressed his appreciation to the ambassador’s efforts to serve the two countries brotherly relations, wishing him all the best in his future post. On his part, al-Qahtani expressed his appreciation to the Yemeni president, government and people for their hospitality and the facilities that he has obtained to do his task. AF/AH SABA
