President discusses Yemen-Lebanon relations with Lebanese PM

SANA’A, July 28 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh held talks Wednesday with the visiting Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri on the bilateral relations between Yemen and Lebanon. He also reviewed with him the results of his talks with Yemeni officials in economic fields. President Saleh confirmed that Yemen and Lebanon have strong ties and that both countries are aspired to push them further. During their talks, the Yemeni officials and the Lebanese premier signed nine agreements in field of nine transports, taxes, tourism, health and drugs manufacture. The discussion between the President and the Lebanese premier were attended by Prime Minister Abdul-Qader Ba-Jammal, Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qerbi and senior other officials. AA/SABA
