President congratulates school football team on winning ACSF

SANA’A, (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh congratulated Yemeni school football team who came first in the third Arab Championship for School Football (ACSF). In a phone call, president Saleh highlighted the performance of the team, giving orders to reward the team. He affirmed the importance of doubling efforts of the government to take care of youths in different fields. The Yemen team won the championship after beating its Iraqi challenger by two goals in the final match which held at the international Al-Muraisi stadium in Sana’a on Friday evening. AH/NS Saba
