President congratulates Russia’s new president

It is my great pleasure to extend my heart-felt congratulations to you on your appointment as president of the Russian Federation after the confidence granted by the Russian people for you to run the country in coming period ” reads the president ‘s letter. He also expressed comfort for the level of the bilateral ties between Yemen and Russian, affirming concern of Yemen to develop these ties and current partnership between the two countries.
