President condoles Khatami and Lahud

SANA’A, Dec 26 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh conducted here on Friday a telephone call with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Khatami in which he expressed his deep regrets and condolence to president Katami and the Iranian people on the victims of the powerful earthquake rocked the city of Bam about 610 miles southeast of Tehran. Meanwhile, President Saleh also conducted a telephone call with his Lebanese counterpart on Lebanese Emil Lahud in which he condoles him and the Lebanese people on the victims of plane (Boeing 727) crash.
