President attends funeral service of ex-premier bin Ghanim

SANA’A, (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh took part on Wednesday in the funeral service of ex-premier Faraj bin Ghanim who had held a number of senior positions in his life. Bin Ghanim lately worked as Yemen ambassador to the Swiss Federal Union and permanent envoy to the UN headquarters in Europe. He died in one of the Swiss hospitals in Geneva on August 05, 2007 and was brought to Yemen on Aug. 08. The funeral service was attended by senior Yemeni officials, prominent figures and a big number of citizens. AM/AM Saba
