President approves a set of cooperation agreements

SANA’A, July 24 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh issued on Tuesday a number of decisions approving several cooperation agreements between Yemen and some Arab countries. Decree No. 121 for 2007 approves an agreement of customs andtrade cooperation and fighting smuggling between Yemen and other member countries of Sana’a Forumwhich was signed in Addis Ababa on 18th of July, 2006. Decree No. 122 for 2007 approves a cooperation health protocol signed between Yemen and Jordan in Sana’a on 23rd January, 2007. Dictum No. 123 for 2007 approves a cooperation protocol of controlling quality signed between Yemen and Jordan in Sana’a on 23rd January, 2007. Decree No. 124 for 2007 approves a memorandum of understanding signed between the General Authority for Social Insurances and Pensions and the Jordanian Social Insurance Authority in Sana’a on 23rd of January, 2007. Dictum No. 125 for 2007 approves an executive program for the memorandum of understanding which was signed between Ministry of Water and Environment and its Egyptian counterpart in Sana’a on 17th May, 2006. Decree No. 126 for 2007 approves a press cooperation agreement between Yemen and Pakistan for three years starting from 2006. It was signed in Islamabad on 10thApril, 2007for Decree No. 127 for 2007 approves a cooperation agreement signed between Yemen and Pakistan to allow holders of diplomatic passports to enter each country without visa.
