Palestinian President in Yemen

SANA’A, Feb. 13 (Saba) – The President of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas, Abu Mazen, will arrive in Yemen later Wednesday, official sources said. The sources pointed that Abbas will hold talks with President Ali Abdullah Saleh and senior Yemeni officials on promoting bilateral relations and will brief them on the latest developments in the Palestinian territories. Abu Mazen’s visit comes within the framework of coordinating and boosting bilateral relations between Yemen and Palestine as well as in appreciation for Yemen’s firm stances towards supporting the Palestinian cases.
