Lebanese PM calls president Saleh over Doha deal

p>SANA’A, May 21 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received a phone call on Wednesday from the Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Saniora who briefed president Saleh on the Doha agreement between Lebanese political factions. Saniora expressed thanks for the Yemeni contribution to reach the deal by its participation in the Arab committee that was formed during the recent meeting of Arab foreign ministers in Cairo to resolve the Lebanese division. President Saleh welcomed the deal, wishing implementation of the agreement as soon as possible to serve security, stability and unity of Lebanon. He expressed thank you for Qatar to host the dialogue among Lebanese factions that was resulted in this agreement. AH/AH Saba
