Investigations on presidential palace attack still underway

SANA’A, Aug. 07 (Saba) – The Security authorities are still investigating on presidential palace’s mosque attack that has targeted President Ali Abdullah Saleh and a number of senior state officials on June 3.An official security source refuted a report of Kuwaiti Al-Qabas daily that President Saleh has prohibited publishing the findings of the attack’s investigations, saying “it is utterly untrue”.The findings on the attack will be officially declared after completing investigations and the attack-involved people will be tried in public, the source said.The attack on the Presidential Palace’s Mosque occurred on June 3 resulted on wounding the President Ali Abdullah Saleh and many senior state officials, who are currently hospitalizing in Saudi Arabia.AF
