Cypriot President sees off Yemeni ambassador

NICOSIA, (Saba)- President of Cyprus Tassos Papadopoulos received on Wednesday the Yemeni non-resident ambassador to Cyprus Mohammed al-Qubati on ending his mission. Papadopoulos highlighted efforts of the ambassador during his mission to enhance ties between Yemen and Cyprus. He asked the ambassador to convey his regards to President Ali Abdullah Saleh, and wishes of more progress and prosperity to the Yemeni people. AH/AM Saba
