Croatian president receives credentials of Yemeni ambassador

VIENNA, June 15 (Saba)- President of Croatia Stjepan Mesic received on Friday credentials of Ahmed al-Alwani as Yemeni non-resident ambassador to Croatia. During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed regards of President Ali Abdullah Saleh to the Croatian president. Bilateral relations and means of enhancing mutual cooperation between the two countries were discussed. The Croatian president asked the ambassador to convey his regards to president Saleh, affirming concern of his country to boost ties with Yemen. AH/AH SABA
