Comorian president arrives in Sana’a

SANA’A, August 10 (Saba) – President of Republic of Comoros Col. Assoumani Azali arrived in Sana’a on Tuesday with accompanying delegation in a several-day official visit to the country. Comorian Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohamed Souef al-Amin said in remarks to Saba that Azali would hold talks with President Ali Abdullah Saleh over the latest current in the Comoros islands, especially after the national reconciliation. Al-Amin said that the two leaders would also discuss a number of regional and international issues, especially the Darfur crisis in Sudan. JW/KM SABA
