China is ready to deepen beneficial cooperation with Yemen, says Chinese Vice President
SANA’A, June 24 (Saba)- Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping arrived here Tuesday afternoon for an official two-day visit to Yemen, the last leg of his five-nation Asia tour. During his visit to Yemen, Chinese Vice President Jinping will meet with President Ali Abdullah Saleh and hold talks with Vice President Abdu Rabo Mansour Hadi on means of boosting bilateral ties within issues of common interest. In his statement to Saba, Jinping said that China and Yemen are partners of all-round cooperation since the two countries established diplomatic links in 1956. “They have kept enhancing political trust, advancing trade and Economic cooperation and conducting ever closer cultural exchanges” added Jinping. He said that his country places importance on relations with Yemen and is ready to work with Yemen to consolidate traditional friendship and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation. Jinping expressed the belief that his visit will further enhance friendship between the two countries and the two peoples, and help advance bilateral relations. SA/YA Saba
