ATU implores Saleh to run presidential elections

SANA’A, June 01(Saba)- The General Secretary of the Arab Teachers Union praised President Ali Abdullah Saleh firmed and brave national attitudes
that made his fame as distinguished leader.

It said that characteristics of president Saleh enabled him to lead the development march in Yemen, in addition to great national accomplishments such as the unification of Yemen’s two parts south and north in May 22,
1990.

The General Secretary of the Cairo-based Arab Teachers Union expressed in a letter to president Saleh on the occasion of 16th anniversary of unification, the Arab teachers congratulations and their appreciation
for his adherence to serve the Arab and Islamic issues.

The Arab Teachers General Secretariat letter called the president not give up his responsibility appealing him to run the coming presidential elections.
