Al-Eryani: President Saleh discernibly leads Yemen

SANA’A, July 10 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh has led Yemen discernibly throughout all his time in power, Dr. Abdul-Karim al-Eryani said Sunday. Addressing a ceremony on the approach of the 27th anniversary of Saleh’s leadership as head of state, the veteran politician gave the fact that President Saleh’s assuming of power was in a very delicate time, Saleh was unique in transforming Yemen to a modern state. “It is unique (leadership), since it was not the time of Shammar Yaro’osh, “he pointed recalling the history of a leader of ancient Yemen.
