Abbas congratulates Saleh over Yemeni people’s trust

SANA’A, June 26 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Monday a phone call form Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazin) who congratulatedpresident Saleh over the trust that Yemeni people gave to him. Abbas expressed his comfort to response of president Saleh to his people’sdemands to run the coming presidential elections to keep on the development in Yemen. He also pointed out to need of the Yemeni people and Arab nation for wisdom and experience of president Saleh. President Saleh was briefed by Abbas on the latest developments in Palestine and the new Israeli threats to make new attack against Palestinian people. TD/AH SABA
